There are times when people need a safe place to connect to whatever they feel, express what needs to be expressed and to be able to relax more deeply.

You may notice that relationships with partners, parents, children or friends exhibit a repeated pattern, feel stuck or are otherwise proving less fulfilling than we wish for. You may be aware of patterns of behaviour such as irritability, anger, lethargy, reactivity, anxiety, that are not proving life-serving. Or perhaps you sense a lack of purpose or direction in life.

Very often our pain opens us up to a new places within ourselves, and we might begin to see our lives anew with acompanying thoughts or feelings which are a little strange or uncomfortable at first.  I offer support and friendship for the times in life when you don’t know where to turn to.  Whether you’re experiencing a challenge on the physical, emotional, mental or spiritual levels, I am here to help.

This service is offered at my home, over the phone or on Skype – if you would like to have a chat with no obligation do get in touch.
